How It Works
I am dedicated to supporting you in creating the life you want for yourself. As it takes time to create lasting lifestyle changes, I ask for a minimum 3-month commitment from anyone who decides they want to work with me as a coach. Wellness Coaching is most effective when meeting with your coach on a weekly basis, especially during the first three months. And, I understand that life happens and you may need to meet less frequently at certain times and more frequently at others over the course of your program.
Sessions are by phone or Skype and range from 50-75 minutes.
I am accessible by email between sessions when you have questions.
We begin with a 60 to 90 minute Foundation session with assessment.
In the following sessions I partner with you to:
• Identify your vision for yourself and the life you want
• Determine your readiness for change
• Start wherever you are to build a solid foundation for lasting lifestyle change
• Identify the methods, approaches, motivations and timeframe that work for you
• Develop strategies to overcome obstacles that could get in the way of your success
• Create a wellness plan based on your chosen area(s) of focus
• Implement the wellness plan with coaching support and accountability
• Evaluate as we go along, learning from failures as well as successes and
• Facilitate, support and celebrate you in your process of self-discovery and change
• Prepare you for continuing on your own
All payments must be received before services are rendered. Payments are through PayPal which also accepts credit cards.
Twelve Session Program
The 12 session program is an excellent choice if you’re ready to make a long term commitment to your health and well being. It allows time and space to dive in to your transformation process and begin to reap the rewards of practicing and establishing new behaviors and habits that can really stick.

Six Session Program
The 6 session program is a great way to try out coaching for the first time. It provides time and space for developing new lifestyle behaviors and habits, as well as for establishing a foundation upon which you can keep creating the life you want.
