Getting Started
I am dedicated to supporting you in creating the life you want for yourself. As it takes time to create lasting lifestyle changes, I ask for a minimum 3-month commitment from anyone who decides they want to work with me as a coach. 
Wellness Coaching is most effective when meeting with your coach on a weekly basis, especially during the first three months. And, I understand that life happens and you may need to meet less frequently at certain times and more frequently at others over the course of your program.

My way of working with clients
​I am concerned with thoroughness and that you leave each session feeling heard, supported, encouraged, and equipped with practical, agreed upon and inspiring next steps that we have co-created, according to where you are at that time, combined with honoring your long term well-life vision.

My approach is practically unheard of in coaching programs, as my focus is not on a standardized amount of time per session, but on what is "up" for you and needs attending to, and working until that has been addressed.

My intentions are that:
  • I use my skills, tools, deep listening, meaningful questioning, creativity, compassion and intuition in ways that are beneficial, stimulating, and of service to your enriching and desired movement forward in your life.
  • During each session, the key aspects of where you find yourself on your journey are addressed.
  • At the conclusion of each session, you have a sense of completion, satisfaction and accompaniment.
  • You leave each session with readiness to take your next steps on the path to your best, desired, intentional and balanced life of wholeness.

How it works
Sessions are virtual via Google Meet.

Based on my experience and observation, the time needed for sessions generally averages 1.5 hours. Whenever I sense it is appropriate and will be important and of benefit to your  process, a session can last up to two hours.

I am accessible by email between sessions when you have questions.

We begin with a foundation session and assessment.

In the following sessions I partner with you to:

• Identify your vision for yourself and the life you want
• Determine your readiness for change
• Start wherever you are to build a solid foundation for lasting lifestyle change
• Identify the methods, approaches, motivations and timeframe that work for you
• D
evelop strategies to overcome obstacles that could get in the way of your success
• Create a wellness plan based on your chosen area(s) of focus
• Implement the wellness plan with coaching support and accountability
• Evaluate as we go along, learning from failures as well as successes and 

  adjusting accordingly
• Facilitate, support and celebrate you in your process of self-discovery and change
• Prepare you for continuing on your own

All payments must be received before services are rendered.  Payments are through PayPal which also accepts credit cards.

Twelve Session Program
The 12 session program is ideal if you are really ready for long-term behavior change;  an excellent choice if you’re ready to make a long term commitment to your health and well being. It allows time and space to dive in to your transformation process and begin to reap the rewards of practicing and establishing new behaviors and habits that can really stick.

12 sessions
Commitment of up to 6 months
$150 per session

Six Session Program
The 6 session program is a great way to try out coaching for the first time. It provides time and space for developing new lifestyle behaviors and habits, as well as for establishing a foundation upon which you can keep creating the life you want.

6 sessions
Commitment of up to 3 months
​$150 per session

​Subsequent individual sessions for clients that have completed their initial
​12 session commitment

$125 usd per session
